Description
In cooperation with Austrian artist Parov Stelar, Pro-Ject Audio offers this limited edition gem to commemorate his album “The Demon Diaries.” The main chassis is made from light but stiff particle board. The armtube is a straight 8.6″ design design made from a single piece of aluminum and the bearings are sapphire. The feet effectively decouple the turntable from its surface. A quiet-running synchronous motor with silicone belt drives a low-resonance platter made from laminated particle board. The motor control circuit with DC power supply minimizes motor vibration. The main platter bearing consists of a stainless steel spindle and a bronze bushing with Teflon bottom to reduce friction to a minimum.
