The power supply is a very important part of the audio path and contributes significantly to the overall performance & sound quality of a given component. Power Box RS2 Sources allows you to connect up to four 20V RS & RS2 (CD Players, DACs, Preamps) to benefit from flawless power distribution to your gear. Four standard mini XLR > mini XLR connection cables are in the box for your convenience.
Why Use a Linear Power Supply?
A linear power supply consists of a massive toroidal transformer that disallows the penetration of interference from mains from reaching your audio component. The built-in transformer has a much higher power reserve compared to the standard power adapter. It has very low output impedance and in unison with its large filtration capability, it can easily manage all power needs. Soundstaging, background transparency and micro-detail will improve remarkably. You’ll notice better sound quality overall with any component connected to Power Box RS2 Sources. Available in a precision-machined black or silver aluminum chassis, it’s hand-built in Europe for premium quality.
